Eco Divers and White Sands Beach Resort Lembeh are temporarily adjusting the cancellation policies, until further notice, as follows:
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has issued restrictions and foreigners cannot visit Indonesia for tourism at present time.
Our clients who have already booked and paid a package with us, will receive a voucher to be used for a new booking (the same as the original one) before 31 March 2021. The voucher will be nominal and not transferable and the new booking will not incur in any cancellation or extra fee.
Any new FIT booking will be held, without the need for deposit, until 15 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking should be paid by then or the booking will be automatically cancelled.
We will adjust our policy according to any change in the global situation that we are facing because of the coronavirus and keep our clients and agents updated with an email and with a post on our website.
